- Hutches (must be safely transportable on a moving dolly)

- Stairs & Elevator Surcharges: Lifts incur $20 per mover. Stairs incur $30 per floor per mover to ensure safe, damage-free transit.
- Parking Access: Commercial trucks (measuring 3.2m to 3.5m in height) require street or driveway access. Arranging legal parking access is the client's responsibility.
- Heavy & Complex Items: Pianos, marble tables, commercial vending machines, and billiard tables require custom two-man quotes.
- Two-Man Operations: If a second professional mover is required, rates start at a flat $205 base rate.
