- Refrigerators (up to medium capacity; 2-door models are acceptable)
- Washing Machines & Dryers
- Dishwashers
- Standard 2-Door Wardrobes
- Televisions & Large Mirrors
- Artwork and Paintings (manageable in a single trip)
- Lampshades (up to 2 items)
- Boxes (up to trolley capacity: approx. 5 archive, 3 book/wine, or 2 tea chest boxes)
- Bags (up to trolley capacity: approx. 3 large bags)
- Chests of Drawers
- Bedside Tables (up to 2 items)
- Hutches (must be safely transportable on a moving dolly)
- Filing Cabinets
- Dining Chairs (up to 2 items)
- Small Couches (2-seater, transportable on a dolly)
- Small Desks (requiring no dismantling)
- Large Pot Plants (or two small pots fitting on one trolley)
- 3-Seater or L-Shaped Couches (Note: May incur a minor surcharge if multiple trips to the vehicle are required).

- Service Area: To maintain our exceptional service standards and competitive pricing, our operations are highly localized. Both pickup and delivery locations SHOULD be within a 10km radius of the Melbourne CBD (3000) or Deer Park (3023).
- Single Trip Capacity: The $145 rate applies if the item can be safely carried to and from our truck in one continuous trip by one professional mover.
- Assisted Moves: Long or complex items may still qualify if capable physical assistance is provided by the client at both the pickup and drop-off locations.
- Consolidated Routing: To offer this discounted rate, jobs are intelligently routed and consolidated. Consequently, immediate point-to-point delivery is not guaranteed on the same day; timeframes will be arranged upon booking.
- Multiple Trip Surcharges: Items requiring multiple trips to the vehicle (e.g., bed frames in 5 pieces, multi-piece couches) will incur additional fees, generally ranging from $10 to $40 per extra trip. Client assistance can waive these surcharges.
- Dismantling & Assembly: We are fully equipped for furniture assembly. This is a premium add-on service; please request a custom quote.
- Stairs & Elevator Surcharges: Elevator usage incurs a surcharge of $30 at each end. Stairs incur a $30 fee per floor. Please note: a single mover cannot safely navigate stairs with a trolley. Unless the item is easily hand-carried, physical assistance must be provided for stair access.
- Parking Liability: Commercial trucks (measuring 3.2m to 3.5m in height) cannot enter standard residential car parks and require street or driveway access. It is the client's responsibility to arrange legal parking. Any infringement fines incurred during the loading or unloading process will be directly invoiced to the client.
- Heavy & Complex Items: We are fully equipped to transport premium and heavy items, including concrete or marble goods, commercial printers, vending machines, pianos, billiard tables, and pinball machines! As these require specialized equipment and a dedicated two-man team, custom rates apply. Please contact us for a tailored quote.
- Two-Man Operations: If a second professional mover is required, rates begin with a $50 baseline surcharge, varying based on distance, stairs, and elevator requirements.
- Availability: Due to sophisticated daily routing, we require clients to offer a flexible availability window on the day of transit. Strict time restrictions must be communicated clearly during the initial booking phase.
